What we collect, and
what we do with it.

Name, work email, company, your role, the domain you're interested in, and whatever you write in the free-text field. Nothing is inferred, enriched, or bought from a third party to fill in gaps.

We don't ask for anything about your systems that you wouldn't say on a first call. If you put something sensitive in the free-text field, tell us and we'll delete it.

To schedule and prepare a briefing. Your role and domain tell us which examples to bring. That is the whole purpose.

We do not run marketing automation. There is no drip sequence, no lead score, no newsletter you get added to. A person reads your submission and a person replies.

Submissions are delivered by email to briefings@groundwork4ai.com and read by the Groundwork team members who run briefings. The email is sent through Resend, our transactional email provider. There is no CRM behind this form.

We keep briefing requests for up to 24 months so we have context if we speak again, then delete them. If a conversation goes nowhere and you'd rather we not hold the record at all, ask and we'll remove it.

We use Plausible on every page. It is cookieless, sets no identifiers, and does not follow individuals across sites. It tells us which pages are read and which buttons are clicked, in aggregate. We do not have a way to tie a pageview to a person.

There are no advertising pixels, no session recording, and no third-party trackers on this site.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use it to train models.

Email privacy@groundwork4ai.com from the address you used, or from your work address, and say you want your record deleted. We'll do it and confirm in writing, normally within 30 days. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to correct it.
